4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your service request, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible. Here is how it works:

  • Cancellation before service initiation: If you contact us before we have begun processing your profile, application, or consultancy request, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation
  • Cancellation after service initiation: Once we have started working on your profile, submitted applications, or initiated the consultancy process, cancellation may not be possible and fees may not be refundable
